How to Begin!

1. Call the office and request an appointment time/day that is convenient for you. Our practice is structured to keep your appointment waiting time to a minimum.

2. Arrive 15 minutes early, factoring in traffic patterns, to fill out our medical history forms.

3. Bring all your current medications/supplements in addition to copies of any recent labwork for an in-depth evaluation by the doctor.
